Text Box: STONEGATE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE Text Box: Stonegate Community Health Centre (SCHC) is a registered charity, community based organization that provides comprehensive health and social services to residents living in South-East Etobicoke. We primarily focus on serving the health and social needs of the client populations living in the 74, low-rise, private, apartment buildings immediately surrounding the Centre in the Stonegate/Park Lawn  neighborhood. We serve over 2,500 registered clients.
