Text Box: PROGRAMS & SERVICES Text Box: CLINICAL SERVICES Family Medicine: Our physicians and nurse practitioners provide a full range of family medical services for our registered patients including: · complete physical examinations · prenatal examinations · check-ups · family planning · wellness education · treatment of illness · 24 hour on-call service – 7 days a week · home visits for clients unable to come to SCHC · smoking cessation · Asthma Education Clinic · Diabetes Education Clinic    Counselling: Our counselling staff is here to help clients with personal and family relationships and problems. They can refer to other services. They offer the following services: · advocacy · stress management · drug and alcohol problems · healthy relationships · building self-esteem · abuse issues · problem solving · crisis intervention   Nutrition: our dietitian-nutritionist works with individuals and groups to teach healthy eating.
