Stonegate Food Access Committee

The Stonegate Food Access Committee is made up of representatives from community organizations and active volunteers, including Stonegate CHC, Stonegate Community Ecumenical Ministry, FoodShare, the African Food Basket, and the local food bank at Christ Church St. James Humber Bay Anglican Church.  The committee meets on a regular basis to strategize and discuss the implementation of the Stonegate CHC's Community Food Program.
