Young at Heart Wellness Program
A new program for older adults (55 years plus) that provides information and resources on a variety of health and wellness related topics. Participants will also enjoy a physical activity component (gentle exercsie, tai chi, etc.) designed to promote fitness and healthy living.
The program is offered from 1 pm - 3 pm every Tuesday, starting January 17, 2012, for 8 weeks; concluding on Tuesday March 6th. Please click here for more information.

Stay Fit For Seniors
Are you interested in increasing your fitness levels, gaining more energy and learning more about health, wellness and nutrition? Join a free 12 week beginner’s fitness program for older adults (55 years of age and older) from 10 – 11 am every Saturday, starting on January 28, 2012 until April 21, 2012.
Offered at Stonegate CHC in partnership with ESS Support Services, a certified fitness instructor will lead participants through low impact cardio, resistance and flexibility training in a safe, effective and enjoyable manner. Space is limited and registration is required. Registration opens January 3, 2012; please call (416) 231-7070 extension 307 to register
Stonegate Plus Club
Stonegate Plus Club provides English speaking seniors the chance to meet and spend time together. Refreshments are served, and activities include bus trips, bingo and card games.
Stonegate Plus Club runs every Friday from 10:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Senior's 2000 Club
Senior’s Club 2000 provides local Polish speaking seniors with the opportunity to socialize and engage in fun activities in their native language. Refreshments are served, and activities include gentle exercise, bus trips, and bingo.
Senior’s Club 2000 meet every Monday from 10:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Other Senior's Programs
Chronic Disease Self-Management Group and Gentle Fitness as well as a number of other workshops throughout the year may be of interest to Seniors.
