Gentle Exercise for Seniors and Older Adults
Friday’s 10:30am-11:30am
July 8th – August 19th
Join Val, a Master of Professional Kinesiology Student from the University of Toronto, as they lead you through a 1-hour virtual class to improve your strength, balance, and mobility.
Participants will need a strong, sturdy chair (preferably with no arms), *an elastic band, small ball, or bottle to help with strengthening exercises and a SMILE!
Please consult your doctor or health care provider prior to starting any exercise program!
