Gentle Exercise for Seniors
& Older Adults 55+ on ZOOM
Fridays 10:30 to 11:30am
A Certified Fitness Instructor will lead the group with exercises to improve
balance, strength, posture and flexibility.
Participants will need a strong and sturdy chair preferably no arms and an *elastic band for the strengthening exercises

precautions that include creating meeting identification, passwords and locking down virtual meetings
so uninvited guests cannot join.
