The Family Program team believes that by working in partnership with families we can strengthen and support the health of individuals, families and communities.
Our team includes:
Early Childhood Specialists that provide programs and services based on current research on early brain development and the importance of the early years in achieving success.
Registered Nurse with knowledge and skills to support individuals and families during pregnancy, early post natal period, and to enrich the healthy development of families through high quality programs addressing healthy lifestyles.
Youth Workers support the development of social recreational programs for children and youth 6 to 14 years of age, while working in partnership with them to advocate for their needs and to foster leadership skills.

Pre-Postnatal Programs
Congratulations! Whether you are currently pregnant or have had your baby you may have a lot of questions and we are here to help you. Our pre and post natal programs will enhance your knowledge about EVERYTHING BABY and EVERYTHING MOMMY. This is both a very exciting and challenging time. We offer workshops and one to one support about eating and staying well during pregnancy, labor and delivery, breastfeeding, early parenting, caring for yourself before and after you have had your baby and more.
EarlyOn Programs
The EarlyON programs are interactive learning centre where children birth to six years of age and their caregiver can be heard singing songs, storytelling, playing games and engaging in activities.
We offer free programs and learning experiences planned with specific learning goals in mind. We work in partnership with families creating an interactive learning environment where you and your child can participate in quality programs that help strengthen connections and foster healthy child development. Qualified professionals are available to provide you support, get advice, make personal connections and access a network of resources.
