Stonegate Community Health Centre would like to extend an invitation to join us for our Annual General Meeting.
The AGM will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Noon. This year due to the pandemic, we will be holding our AGM via a Zoom call. If you would like to join in our meeting, please contact Health.promotion@stonegatechc.org to register or call 416-231-7070 ext. 307. You will then be provided the log-in details to the meeting.

At the meeting you will hear about the activities at the Centre for the past year and hear from our Board of Directors and Executive Director. There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
