The Family Program team believes that by working in partnership with families we can strengthen and support the health of individuals, families and communities.
Our team includes:
Early Childhood Specialists that provide programs and services based on current research on early brain development and the importance of the early years in achieving success.
Registered Nurse with knowledge and skills to support individuals and families during pregnancy, early post natal period, and to enrich the healthy development of families through high quality programs addressing healthy lifestyles.
Youth Workers support the development of social recreational programs for children and youth 6 to 14 years of age, while working in partnership with them to advocate for their needs and to foster leadership skills.

Pre-Postnatal Programs
Congratulations! Whether you’re expecting or have already welcomed your baby, it’s completely normal to have lots of questions and we’re here to support you every step of the way. This is an exciting time, and it can also feel a little overwhelming.
Our pre- and post-natal programs focus on EVERYTHING BABY and EVERYTHING MOMMY. We offer workshops and one-to-one support on topics like eating well during pregnancy, staying healthy, breastfeeding, early parenting, and taking care of yourself before and after your baby arrives.
While we don’t offer labour and delivery programs , we’re here to help you feel informed, confident, and supported as you navigate this new chapter.
EarlyOn Programs
EarlyON programs are friendly, welcoming spaces where children from birth to six years old and their caregivers can learn and have fun together.
You’ll hear singing, storytelling, laughter, and see lots of play-based activities designed to spark curiosity and connection.
All of our programs are free and thoughtfully planned with your child’s learning and development in mind. We work alongside families to create engaging experiences where you and your child can play, learn, and grow together.
Our qualified professionals are always available to offer support, answer questions, share ideas, and help connect you with helpful community resources.
