Many of Stonegate CHC's programs and services rely on donations from community members to succeed. Services such as the Community Food Program, Early Years Program, and Youth after-school programs depend on your kind donations. In particular, the weekly healthy school snack program implemented at local schools is completely funded through donations.
Tax receipts will be issued for all donations received over $10. Your kindness is greatly appreciated.
