Seniors are a vital part of our community, and our health promotion programs support you in maintaining your health and well-being. This includes gentle fitness and fall prevention exercises for older adults who live alone and/or are at risk of falling. Our health promotion programs provide you with opportunities to engage in social recreational activities to meet, connect and spend time with others.
Throughout the year we facilitate language specific workshops, and a variety of group educational sessions that focus on healthy ageing and advocacy on issues that affect your community, and the well being of low-income and marginalized seniors.
