Seniors are a vital part of our community, and our health promotion programs are designed to support the independence, social well-being and health of our seniors and older adults. Some of our activities include Gentle Chair Exercise, Tai Chi & Qigong Sessions, Mindfulness & Relaxation Sessions, Grocery Shopping Programs and other opportunities to engage in social recreational activities to meet, connect and spend time with others.
Throughout the year we facilitate language specific workshops, and a variety of group educational sessions that focus on healthy ageing and advocacy on issues that affect your community, and the well -being of low-income and marginalized seniors.

Gentle Fitness for Seniors
Are you interested in increasing your fitness levels, gaining more energy, flexibility, strength and balance? Join this gentle fitness program for older adults (55 years of age and older). Offered at Stonegate CHC in partnership with ESS Support Services a certified fitness instructor leads participants through low impact cardio, resistance and flexibility training.
