NOTICE TO CLIENTS

Due to a staff  training workshop taking place, most staff  will be unavailable, and there will be no front desk reception on this day.

Please read the following instructions carefully:

 

If you have an appointment:

– Please have a seat in the waiting area. Your provider will come to get you.

– If you do NOT have an appointment:

– Please contact the centre on the next business day.

-If you have URGENT health concerns (Stonegate CHC patients only):

-After Hours Care is available after 5:00 PM.

-Call 416-231-6526 to speak with a doctor or nurse practitioner

 

 If you are experiencing an EMERGENCY:

– Go to the nearest hospital ER or call  911

We are unable to assist with pick-ups , drop-offs or any form of registration today.
