After Hours Care for Stonegate Patients:
If you see a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner at Stonegate Community Health Centre and have an urgent health concern that cannot wait until the clinic opens, you can call our after-hours phone service for medical advice.
After hours answering service: 416‐231-6526
One of our doctors will call back within 60 minutes to offer advice over the phone.
In an emergency go to your nearest hospital ER, or call 911.

Close the Wage Gap Campaign
Close the Wage Gap is a campaign to draw attention to the growing wage gap between community health and other health sectors in Ontario.
The community health sector enables Ontarians to receive the right care in the right place, providing preventative care and reducing the strain on overburdened emergency departments and hospital services. Unfortunately, the Stonegate Community Health Centre has been impacted by the lack of action to close this wage gap.
Significantly different wages between health sectors in Ontario burdens your Community Health Centre’s ability to attract and retain highly skilled, compassionate and amazing staff not only in primary health (nurse practitioners and nurses) but our invaluable mental health services, allied health services, health promotion and community programs, child, youth and family programming, supports for seniors, and other outstanding community support programs. #ForUsForYou.
