Please bring your own chair or blanket to sit on.
Group will be cancelled due to inclement weather.
Spend time with yourself in a nurturing way.
The meditations will focus on the body and mind, through the breath, body scans, walking meditation, loving kindness and self compassion practices.
Guided throughout by a RP.
