Just Be Mindful…Mindfulness Meditation

Mondays 7:30 -8:30pm
Spend time with yourself in a nurturing way.
The meditations will focus on the body and mind, through the breath, body scans, walking meditation, loving kindness and self compassion practices.
Guided throughout by a RP.
- Notes: Programs are cancelled the last week of July & August as well as the statutory holidays.
- The evening group is held through Zoom. It can be accessed by telephone, tablet, mobile device and computer. Information will be provided to you at the time of registration.
- There is no recording of any session to protect the privacy of all present.
- You are welcome to join any session.
