Our holiday hours this year will also be as following:

Wednesday, December 29th and Thursday, December 30th regular operating hours
Friday, December 31st closed at 12:30 pm
Monday, January 3rd closed
Rest of the week back to regular operating hours

Flu vaccines at Stonegate CHC
The Flu vaccines have arrived!! We recommend flu shot for everyone 6 months old and older. Flu vaccines are
not only available to our clients but also to the public. OHIP not required.
Appointments required, no walk-ins.
Please call 416-231-7070 (not sure if there is an extension for the front desk) to book an appointments with one of our nurses.

Stonegate CHC has increased its operating hours to:
• Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Wednesday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
* Phone lines open at 9:00am. Calls prior to this will be answered by the On-Call Answering Service.*

Covid-19 Mobile Immunization Clinic
This clinic will be held on Monday, November 8th from 4:00 - 7 :00 pm
As of now, this is only for individuals 12yrs old + who have not received their 1st or 2nd dose of the vaccine. TPH will have 60 doses of Pfizer vaccine
OHIP not required. No appointment needed.
